De volledig uitgeruste studio, met eigen badkamer met toilet, keuken/zitkamer en slaapkamer is voorzien van alle gemakken. Er is gratis Wifi en airco. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een bed met extra lengte, een handige garderobekast en gezellige inrichting. De keuken is voorzien van een combimagnetron, 4 pitskookplaat Nespressomachine, waterkoker en een koelkast met vriesgedeelte. Ook zijn in de keuken praktische zaken aanwezig zoals koffiecupjes, thee, olijfolie, zout en peper en keuken handdoeken. Het bed is opgemaakt bij aankomst en de handdoeken liggen klaar. Parkeren is op eigen terrein.
Omgeving
De studio ligt middenin het buisende mode kwartier en op loopafstand van de binnenstad van Arnhem, met vrij uitzicht op de monumentale kerk. Het ligt middenin de stad en toch op een rustige plek. In de directe nabijheid, dus op loopafstand, zijn diverse eetgelegenheden, supermarkten en leuke boetiekjes. Je kunt heerlijk struinen door de kleine straatjes. De studio is goed te bereiken met zowel de auto als het openbaar vervoer. Station Velperpoort is op 7 min lopen. Vanaf de studio zijn de Hoge Veluwe, Burgers Zoo, het Openluchtmuseum en het Sonsbeekpark goed bereikbaar.
